It has been Golden Tropics belief that every family should be able to easily and affordably buy the ingredients needed to make the foods they love. From their humble beginnings in the United States, the developed an unyielding focus on bringing customers the best quality products from West Africa.

 

The Challenge

Golden Tropics approached us with a unique and exciting challenge of cataloging and displaying the many available the products the manufacture and import for the West African community. Their vast array of products spanning many categories needed to be neatly organized for both distributors to place their orders and for consumers to see what is currently available in the U.S. This project also permitted us the opportunity to also develop a packaging design for one of their new products.

 

The Result

After an in-depth reviews of the brief, objectives, roadmap and strategy sessions, we successfully translated their mission, vision and values into writing by developing their new narrative and communications strategy. The result was a mobile responsive, e-commerce platform that clearly communicated their values and catalogue of products. Online orders reached six-figures in their first year and continue to increase YoY!
